Eligibility: You must be a merchant, business entity, or authorized representative to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.3. Use of the Application: You agree to use the Application only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (including Shopline’s Developer Terms). You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Application attempt unauthorized access to any systems use the Application for fraudulent or unlawful activity reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Application4. Merchant Accounts: You are responsible for: maintaining accurate account information securing your login credentials all activity conducted through your account DELA is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.5.
